Abstract
This Research aims to study the relationship between design methodologies and computational design in the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is a thorough comparative discussion between the traditional design methodologies and how AI driven computational designing is remoulding the way designs are made. Flowcharts detail principal processes and tables show the comparison between methodologies, AIbased tools in order to be able to provide an overview on how the synergy is shared by them both. The ethical considerations, and the thorny issues that are arising, which also speak to this more complex world of design in the age of AI. (Smith, 2021) Across various definitions and descriptions of design, there is a common theme: the challenge posed by the increasing complexity of technology, which affects all design disciplines. This means that whether it is software, systems, or digital interface design, the rapid advancement and technological complexity are important factors that must be addressed. The complexity of technology requires more knowledge from designers, which means that as technology evolves, designers must continuously update their skills and experiences to adapt to new tools, methods, and models, as technology shapes the way people interact with digital content. This research aims to study the integration of artificial intelligence and computational design, focusing on how artificial intelligence enhances design methodologies and simplifies complex design processes.
